Peter was the Director for Central and Eastern Europe at P3 Logistic Parks, a leading European developer of logistics and industrial real estate.
He has been a major contributor to the growth of the company’s portfolio in the CEE region to 1.8 million sqm. He has also been instrumental in increasing the value of P3’s assets from US$250 million to US$2.5 billion over 10 years. Peter was appointed Senior Advisor at leading global private equity firm TPG Real Estate. He has founded his own companies in the IT industry and is a mentor at StartupYard, a business accelerator for start-ups in Central and Eastern Europe. He is a co-investor and board member of several companies.

Michal Navrátil

Michal has experience in various fields related to real estate. At Knight Frank he was responsible for commercial building management. During his almost 8 years at P3, he managed the entire European portfolio of industrial properties with a total of over 5 million m².

Viliam has 15 years of experience in relationship building, management, and HR in Asia and Europe. He has worked as a recruitment consultant in Japan in the alternative investment sector. He has also worked in India, China, and Indonesia, where he was responsible for developing the MBA Consult Group.

Ivan Valent
Ivan has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, banking and investments. He served as CFO of HB Reavis Group, where he later took over the management of the company as Chairman of the Board and Partner. In 2010, he co-founded one of the leading companies operating in the Slovak development market, Corwin, where he also served as a partner. After the company's successful exit in 2020, he is engaged in private investments.
Karolína Klapalová
Karolína is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. In 2011, she started working as a project manager for the real estate developer Chenen, where she gained diverse experience in the areas of project development, property management and management of real estate funds of qualified investors. She joined the Winstor investment company team in December 2019 as a portfolio manager responsible for the management of real estate funds. Since May 2020, she has also been a member of the board of directors responsible for the management of real estate funds.
Martin Pleva
Martin has 18 years of experience in the financial sector, focusing on real estate financing. He served as Head of Real Estate Leasing at UniCredit Bank in Slovakia. At Erste Group, he was Sales Director and was responsible for the financing activities of Erste Group Immorent Slovensko. As a member of the Risk Management team at Erste Group in Vienna, he focused on real estate financing in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2013, he founded his own consulting firm, which focuses on real estate and SME financing.
Ferdinand Hlobil
Ferdinand has been working in the real estate sector since 1993 and is mainly active in the Central and Eastern European region. He has extensive experience in the Central European industrial market and logistics sector. Among other things, he worked for almost 20 years as a partner and head of the industrial real estate sector at Cushman & Wakefield, s.r.o. He is currently developing his own new platform focusing on land transactions.
CB Property Investors Control
The Czech National Bank supervises the Fund. Winstor investiční společnost a.s. manages qualified investor funds covering a wide range of asset categories. Thanks to its extensive knowledge and many years of experience not only in the financial market, Winstor manages to find extraordinary investment opportunities. The fund’s custodian bank, CSOB, controls the financial operations.

Crowdberry is an investment group operating on the Czech-Slovak market, which brings unique investment opportunities and tools for financing growth companies, small and medium-sized enterprises and real estate projects. The group consists of an investment platform and three funds with different focuses. It brings together nearly 10,000 Czech and Slovak investors. Crowdberry emphasizes a transparent investment approach, combining private and institutional capital, and strives for long-term value for companies and investors.
As a licensed investment platform, in which Slovenská sporiteľňa, a member of the Erste Group, is also a minority owner, it allows investors to directly co-own companies through crowd investing with the potential for higher profits but also higher risks or to choose a more conservative way of lending capital through private debt. There are three funds under Crowdberry’s management: the CB Espri Social Impact Fund, the CB GrowthOne fund focused on startups, and CB Property Investors, a fund for qualified investors concentrating on real estate in various segments. In total, Crowdberry manages over CZK 3 billion in capital. The portfolio includes over 100 companies and real estate projects such as GymBeam, MultiplexDX, Boataround, Footshop, Sensoneo, Isadore, and CBPI Park Liberec.
